How We Work Together
In our sessions, we’ll work together to uncover the unconscious patterns that shape your behaviours, relationships, and emotions. Psychodynamic therapy explores how past experiences - particularly early relationships - continue to influence the way you experience yourself and others today. By understanding the deeper roots of your struggles, whether they manifest as anxiety, depression, or relational challenges, we can move towards greater self-awareness, healing, and meaningful change.

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all - your story is unique, and our work will reflect that. Building trust and providing a compassionate, inclusive space are at the heart of what I do. I work with all identities, including LGBTQIA+ clients, and I am committed to ongoing professional development, particularly in diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a member of the BACP, I uphold the highest ethical standards in my practice.

Each session lasts 50 minutes, providing us with time to delve into your thoughts and emotions in depth.

I offer both in-person sessions in Peckham, South London, and online therapy, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll work towards deeper understanding, self-acceptance, and lasting positive change.

If you’re ready to begin, I’d love to hear from you.

What to Expect
In our therapy sessions, we create a space where you feel safe to be yourself. Together, we explore what’s on your mind, what’s weighing on your heart, and how these experiences may be affecting your life. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with - our time together is about working at a pace that feels right for you.

We might begin by talking about what’s brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to achieve. Sometimes, it’s hard to put these things into words, and that’s okay - we can figure it out together. As we talk, we may start noticing patterns in your feelings, thoughts, or behaviours. These insights can help us understand where you feel stuck and how we can work towards change.
We might also spend time exploring your emotions - what’s happening in the moment or what’s been carried with you from the past. Therapy is a space to feel heard, but it’s also about understanding those feelings and finding ways to manage them. We’ll explore tools and approaches that fit your unique needs, whether that’s learning to set boundaries, finding ways to feel calmer, or connecting with your deeper sense of self.

Our sessions are collaborative, meaning we’re in this together. Sometimes, the process can feel challenging, but that’s a sign of growth. Other times, we’ll celebrate small wins and moments of clarity. Throughout, you’ll have my support as we navigate whatever arises. Ultimately, our work is about helping you feel more empowered and connected - to yourself, to others, and to the life you want to live.
