Qualifications and Accreditations
I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling from Birkbeck, University of London.
Alongside my private psychotherapy practice, I have experience working with a London-based suicide prevention charity, and I continue to volunteer with a low-cost counselling service in London, supporting affordable access to psychotherapy.
In addition to my one-to-one clinical work, I facilitate somatic, embodied movement workshops, offering body-based practices that support nervous system regulation, awareness, and connection. This embodied approach informs my psychotherapy work and reflects my belief in working with both mind and body.
I attend regular clinical supervision to ensure I work ethically, reflectively, and in line with professional standards.

How We Work Together
In our sessions, we’ll work together to uncover the unconscious patterns that shape your behaviours, relationships, and emotions. Psychodynamic therapy explores how past experiences - particularly early relationships - continue to influence the way you experience yourself and others today. By understanding the deeper roots of your struggles, whether they manifest as anxiety, depression, or relational challenges, we can move towards greater self-awareness, healing, and meaningful change.
Each session lasts 50 minutes, providing us with time to delve into your thoughts and emotions in depth.
I offer both in-person sessions in Peckham, South London, and online therapy, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you.
As a member of the BACP, I uphold the highest ethical standards in my practice.
If you’re ready to begin, I’d love to hear from you.
What to Expect
In our psychotherapy sessions, I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. Together, we explore what is on your mind, what feels emotionally difficult, and how your experiences may be affecting your life, relationships, and sense of self. Therapy moves at a pace that feels right for you, and you are always in control of what you choose to share.
We usually begin by talking about what has brought you to therapy and what you are hoping for from psychotherapeutic support. Sometimes these things are clear, and sometimes they are harder to put into words. Part of the work is making sense of this together. Over time, we may begin to notice patterns in your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, or relationships, helping us understand where you may feel stuck and how change might be possible.
As a psychodynamic and trauma-informed psychotherapist, I work with both present-day experiences and earlier life experiences where helpful. We may explore emotions as they arise in the session, as well as feelings that have been carried for a long time. Therapy is a space to feel heard and understood, while also developing practical ways to manage emotions, build resilience, and create healthier boundaries.
Our sessions are collaborative, meaning we work together to find approaches that suit you. This may include developing greater emotional awareness, learning grounding or regulation tools, or deepening your connection to yourself. At times the process can feel challenging, and at other times it can bring clarity, relief, or new perspective. Throughout, I offer steady support as we navigate whatever emerges.
Ultimately, psychotherapy can help you feel more connected - to yourself, to others, and to the life you want to live.
